Delete Your Kloq Account
You can delete your Kloq account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Kloq app on your device.
- Tap on the Accounts tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered due to our zero-knowledge architecture.
What gets deleted
When you delete your Kloq account, all your data is permanently removed:
- 1:1 booking data, which was always encrypted end-to-end and only readable on your device.
- Group event and webinar data, including attendee names and email addresses that were stored on our servers.
- All emails and identities connected to your account.
- All booking history, account settings, and authentication data.
This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
