1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Kloq ("the Service"), a product of Analog Mutations Ltd ("the Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kloq is a privacy-first scheduling application that allows you to create booking pages, share availability, and receive encrypted bookings from others.

3. Account and Security

• Your account is identified by a cryptographic hash — there is no password or email associated with it.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device and encryption keys.
• If you lose access to your device and have not transferred your keys, your encrypted booking data cannot be recovered.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API.
• Create booking pages with misleading or fraudulent content.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract server-side source code.

5. Booking Pages

• You may create up to 10 booking pages per account.
• Booking page slugs (URLs) are first-come, first-served.
• We reserve the right to remove booking pages that violate these Terms.

6. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you create through the Service.
• Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot access your encrypted data.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analog Mutations Ltd and Kloq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your data (booking pages, bookings, sessions, and push registrations) will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
